Tony Benn to Give Tenth Annual Ron Huzzard Memorial Lecture
This year we are very pleased to have Tony Benn coming to speak on Sustainable Security: The Real Way to Peace.
When Ron Huzzard passed away at the end of 1998, his family and friends instituted an annual lecture to remember a great socialist and peace campaigner. The first speaker, back in 1999, was Tony Benn, and we have the great fortune to have Tony back to give the tenth and, sadly, last Memorial Lecture.
The lecture is on Tuesday 24 February at 8:00pm at the Small Crofton Hall, Crofton Road, Orpington. The Hall is a short walk from Orpington Station. Entry is free and all are welcome.
